DashyNMS Mobile privacy policy
Last updated 29 September 2026
The short version
DashyNMS Mobile doesn’t collect, store or share any of your data. It talks only to the LibreNMS server you sign in to. There’s no DashyNMS account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
What the app keeps on your device
To work, the app keeps these on your phone or tablet only:
- your LibreNMS server address, and your API token (in the iPhone keychain or Android keystore)
- if you use it, your Graylog address and sign-in details (also in the keychain or keystore)
- your settings, such as pinned devices, dashboard layout, filters and notification choices
- a short summary of your latest alert check (alert counts, and the names of affected devices and alerts), so the widgets and app icon badge can show it
None of this leaves your device except to go to your own server. Deleting the app removes it.
Who the app talks to
Only the LibreNMS server (and, if you set it up, the Graylog server) that you enter. What happens to data on those servers is up to whoever runs them. The app doesn’t send anything to DashyNMS or to anyone else.
Notifications
Alert notifications are created on your device from the app’s own alert checks. They don’t pass through any push service or third-party server.
Children
The app isn’t aimed at children and doesn’t knowingly collect anything from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
